The Client:
Renoir Management based is part of the Renoir Group of Companies. Renoir manages a substantial real estate portfolio in Calgary and Edmonton Alberta.
Client Objectives:
Renoir Management is interested in creating a 3D model of The Lausanne Montreux. Renoir sees many applications whereby real estate will eventually be marketed via the Geosmack Earthskin technology on the Google Earth platform.
Our Proposal:
We thought it was useful to mash up a 3D architectural building in Google Earth with video, animation, blueprints and links for the many users of Google Earth. We further proposed to add other attractions, city life and businesses to further promote the elegant lifestyle that Renoir wants to convey.
